Crate map
textweaver is one Cargo workspace made of many small crates. Each crate has one job. This page lists every crate, its job, and how it depends on the others.
The dependency rule
Dependencies point one way: down. The core crate is at the bottom and depends on no other crate in the workspace. The speech crates receive utterances and never see a Document, so speech does not depend on the text model. The frontends sit at the top: they turn keys into commands, and the app crate does the work.

Map of the crates
The map shows the crates in layers, from the tools at the top to the foundation at the bottom. Each crate is a button: press it to choose that crate. Inside the map, the arrow keys move between crates, and Home and End go to the first and last crate.
The map marks the chosen crate and its neighbors with a border and a label:
- "chosen": a thick solid border.
- "depends on": the chosen crate uses this one; a dashed border.
- "used by": this crate uses the chosen one; a double border.
All crates
This table is the text version of the map.
Crate names start with textweaver-; the columns for dependencies use the short names.
